Company History

The Wright Event (Ian Wright Organisation) was established in 1991 by Ian Wright after being asked to take his sporting trials car along to a corporate event. Having thoroughly enjoyed the day demonstrating the trials car's abilities to corporate clients he thought it would be a great way to make a living! Almost 20 years on the trials cars are still one of our most popular activities albeit they are now only one in a wide range of motorised, country pursuit and team-building activities that we can provide. In fact today we can offer anything land, air or sea based.

Ian is still competing to a very high standard in the world of trialling as are a number of our instructors. This passionate and enthusiastic attitude reflects in the way in which we run our events with a keen eye for detail being paid to all our clients, however small or large their organisation.

Operating from Ashtree Farm, a 200 acre farm in Kent, our venue offers a huge scope for carrying out our full range of activities and is also a BORDA/LANTRA registered off-road training centre. In fact we believe we have the best off-road driving centre the South East of England has to offer.

However, if our own venue, Ashtree Farm, does not suit your specific requirements, we have established very close working relationships with numerous venue partners including landmark properties such as Leeds Castle, Hever Castle and Penshurst Place and many country house hotels.
