Oxon Hoath Country Estate

The spectacular Oxon Hoath Country Estate near Tonbridge is a million miles from being another ‘standard corporate hotel’. Set in 73 acres of its own private grounds this former stately home offers the genuine feel of a grand family mansion but with modern facilities for conferences, training, team building and social events. Many organisations like to hire Oxon Hoath exclusively to call it their own for the day. The Wright Event can provide numerous indoor and outdoor activities as a break from conferencing or to complement the aims of your meeting. These activities can either be carried out on site or at our own venue, Ashtree Farm, which is 10 minutes away.

Whilst the privately owned Oxon Hoath offers all the facilities you would expect of a modern venue, it has never been institutionalised or spoilt so the house retains the genuine feeling of a grand family home. It is truly somewhere different for events of all kinds and groups of all sizes.

The Oxon Hoath interiors are stunning - the work of fabled architects and master craftsmen from centuries past. Three elegant meeting rooms are available including the quintessentially English wood-panelled library. Most of the 28 bedrooms retain their original mansion proportions and enjoy spectacular views over the grounds and the Weald of Kent beyond. A full range of catering is available from a simple buffet to a splendid formal three course dinner, all freshly prepared on the premises.

As well as operating as a conference and wedding venue Oxon Hoath offers relaxation breaks and retreats at weekends. The venue can also arrange team-building programmes as well as on-site massage and yoga classes.
