Case Study 3 - Themed Christmas Party Drinks - Bates Wells Braithwaite

Client: Bates Wells Braithwaite

Event: American Diner Themed Christmas Drinks Party

Time and Place: December 2016, 18:30 - 22.30, BWB Offices, London

Brief: Themed Christmas Drinks Party for clients.  To transform the offices into another world for the evening.  BWB proposed several preferred theming options.

Background: After several years organising party events at prestigious venues, The Wright Event was asked to transform BWB's  London office for a spectacular themed Christmas Party.  This has now become a regular and much anticipated fixture on the BWB social calendar.  Previous themes include Winter Wonderland, Masquerade Ball, Pirates of the Caribbean, Wild West and a German Beer Festival.

Solution: After some serious consideration of the space available, logistics and timings, The Wright Event confirmed an 'American Diner' theme to be the ideal choice.  Plans and drawings were submitted for approval, in line with the client budget.   Using materials, props and a huge amount of creativity, The Wright Event conjured up an American Diner straight out of a Happy Days set.  The space was completely transformed, providing a brilliant atmosphere and backdrop.  The event was a great success!

“You guys are amazing; this was the best one so far…everyone thought it was incredible.  We’re already looking forward to next year!” Karen Colins, Marketing Manager, BWB
