Project Description

Team Building Event for 30 Store Managers

  • Timings:  An early start for this one! 08:15 – 16:00

  • Venue: Our home, Ashtree Farm

A day combining several mini meetings and presentations interspersed with time outside in our activity areas completing a selection of team building activities. Maximum participation time, minimum downtime to avoid anyone being able to ‘take a back seat.’  Objectives: To get everybody working together more closely as a team rather than individuals.

The Solution

The Wright Event decided to divide the group into four teams and provide them with three different team building activities to meet both the client’s specific requirements.  Ship wreck, Blindfold driving and Rocket launch.
