What information we collect about you

When you make an enquiry with us about our services, we collect data in order to stay in touch with you and tailor our services accordingly.  This will include your name, contact details and general information about your business and your goals as well as notes of any conversations we have had with you.

 

Where and how we keep it:

CRM:  ACT! database, password secured:  Contact details, your purchase history, details of any verbal opt in agreement, records of correspondence and conversations.

Accounting software:  Sage, password secured: contact details and transaction history

Direct Email:  Mailchimp, password secured: Contact details and marketing preferences

Office documents: All PC’s are password secured.

WooCommerce ecommerce platform:  Our ecommerce is powered by WooCommerce.  Your contact details and details of your purchase are logged on the system, which is password protected.

 

What we do with it:

If you have opted to hear from us, then we will contact you from time to time by email and by phone to advise you of our offers and news.

Who do we share it with?

We do not pass your details to any third parties for the purposes of marketing/ sales from third party company’s products or services.

We do share your data for the purposes of collecting customer feedback after your booking with us is complete.  For this we use Feefo.

 

How long we keep your data:

Email, CRM and office documents:  Our policy is to keep all email correspondence in sub-folders within outlook, for the duration of our working relationship, whether you are a client, supplier, prospect, associate or partner.

Should the working relationship lapse, then our policy is to keep emails for reference up to 2 years.  After than time, all emails will be deleted from our system.

The same is true for our CRM.  To provide the best level of customer service, we keep your name, contact number, email address, website and notes of conversations on our system.  Data will be deleted 2 years after the end of last contact or correspondence.

Data held about you or your business in the form of office documents will be kept for up to 2 years after the end of our working relationship.
